So this is a conversation I recently had with Jenny. I felt I needed to share. Of course, I don't yet know what Jenny eventually did followign this conversation, but perhaps she can enlighten us. Yeah...
Jenny says (12:41 PM): soup? Or soup? hmm Julia says (12:42 PM): i'd go with soup. or mac and cheese Julia says (12:42 PM): i'm having mac and cheese Jenny says (12:42 PM): oo hmm Julia says (12:42 PM): or a grilled chicken caesar salad wrap. Julia says (12:43 PM): i'd really like one of those. I have nothing but lettuce and dressing with which to make it, but it still sounds tasty Julia says (12:44 PM): maybe if I baked up some frozen chicken nuggets and like, cut them up it would work. hrm. but! I am having macaroni and cheese, and I am happy. Julia says (12:44 PM): And.... is it sad that some of the more interesting conversations we have center not on zombies, but rather on food? Jenny says (12:46 PM): mmm chicken nuggetd Jenny says (12:46 PM): nuggest even Julia says (12:46 PM): or nuggets. Jenny says (12:46 PM): though i think i'll make some mac and cheese Jenny says (12:46 PM): yeah! Hahah Julia says (12:47 PM): as Iwas drainign the noodles I thought: hrm. this would be good with chicken nuggets. but alas, it was too late Julia says (12:48 PM): but! go forth and be frutiful of the pantry and bring forth goodness unto your bowl int he formm of kraft macaroni and cheese... and be you happy in it's warm orangey gooey glow. Julia says (12:48 PM): this blessing I pass unto you, that you may be glad of it. Jenny says (12:41 PM): trying to think of what i want for lunch |

Got the dog back from the vet, but she's not eating, not even treats. I'm going to try to cook up some rice for her later to see if she'll eat that if she won't take spoon-fed wet food. She is enjoying laying outside in the yard, though.

So I am sure a few people (cause more than that likely never come here) are curious as to what my background image is. It's two scanned pages from the the "New Spring" comic book. Yep, that's the one based off the prequel to Robert Jordan's "Wheel of Time" series. The scene is Moiraine during her final test for Aes Sedai. |

Last warning, go while there is still time...
Which Egypt Goddess are you? Ma'at was the primeval Egyptian goddess of truth and justice. She gave the breath of life to the gods.In funerary scenes and pictures depicting the underworld, the figure of Ma'at or her feather was placed on the opposite side of the scale from the heart of the deceased. If the scale balanced, the deceased was allowed to go on to the afterlife. If not, s/he was given to Ammit to devour. Thus the red plume of Ma'at itself became a hieroglyph for "truth".Those who lived by the laws of Ma'at took a sacramental drink which conferred ritual purity in the same sense as the Christian Holy Communion. Like baptismal water of life, Ma'at's potion brought life after death to the peaceful and law-abiding, but death to violent persons. Take this quiz!
